How Does the 4-35A Work?

The basic production process is straightforward:

1. Place a brick pallet on the machine.
2. Fill the mold with the prepared concrete mixture.
3. Press and vibrate the material to form the blocks.
4. Lift the mold after forming.
5. Move the pallet with the fresh blocks to the curing area.

For more efficient production, customers can add a pan mixer, belt conveyor, brick pallets, brick cart or stacker according to their factory layout and daily production target.
